EdgePM was engaged by BAC to deliver this new facility to accommodate Schneider Electric.
The French multinational moved its Queensland warehouse and distribution centre to a new facility of approximately 6,200sqm.
The Schneider Electric base included hardstands and more than 60 car parks, as well as two electric vehicle charging stations. Additional sustainability features in the development include solar generation that will produce 420kW of energy and efficient water fittings.
