EdgePM was appointed by Brisbane Airport Corporation to deliver this purpose-built food distribution warehouse for Martin Brower ANZ, a leading global supply chains solutions provider.
The 8,000m2 temperature-controlled distribution centre was completed in May 2025.
The distribution centre delivers chilled, frozen, and ambient storage capability. The 23,702 sqm site provides refuelling, truck wash, and weighbridge facilities, and parking for 60 cars and 13 heavy vehicles.
The warehouse was designed to suit Martin Brower’s specific requirements and incorporates a range of sustainability features and initiatives, targeting a 5-Star Green Star rating.
