EdgePM was referred to the Melbourne-based owners to provide project management services to deliver the upgrade and rebranding of the Albany Creek Shopping Centre.
The project, completed in November 2018, comprised the enclosure and refurbishment of the existing forecourt, amenities upgrades, a new online Woolworths pickup area, carpark alterations, signage, and external building treatments.
The project was delivered under a construction management procurement method, with Mainbrace Queensland appointed as hte contractor, and was completed on time and on budget.
