EdgePM was engaged by Mirvac at the feasibility stage to oversee the Ground plane Lobby and Forecourt upgrade. In need of a modernisation and an elevated arrival experience for its tenants and visitors, the project included the removal of all existing finishes to the forecourt and substantial structural modifications to allow for the new WMK Architects-designed forecourt and lobby.

This was a challenging project, delivered in a live environment with a tight budget and latent conditions discovered during construction that tested the delivery teams. With the support of a strong project team and an active client, the result was both a successful project delivery and an outstanding transformation to the building’s external forecourt and internal lobby and café area.

The project was delivered under a lump sum procurement method.
