EdgePM was engaged to deliver a major package of works to reposition this CBD asset. This major project spanned a period of four years during which time the works were progressively delivered in multiple packages to work around sitting and incoming tenant.

EdgePM was responsible to formulate the project delivery strategy and define the of works, together with design management, procurement and construction delivery. The works included the following:
