EdgePM was engaged by Mirvac to manage the Building Lobby Refurbishment and EoT facilities upgrade. Situated in the highly desirable Grey St commercial precinct at Southbank, 189 Grey Street represents a fantastic out of the city workplace location.

Surrounded by the Southbank parklands, café and dining precincts, and great access to the main transport corridors the 15-year old building received a refreshed upgrade perfectly suited to its location.

With a bright and airy feel, the new lobby and EoT facilities, designed by Conrad Gargett, delivered a modern design fitting for the buildings location and high quality tenants. EdgePM also managed the full replacement of the dry fire services, upgraded lift interiors, refurbished common area bathrooms, and completed on-floor tenancy works as part of its continued support of Mirvac’s capital works programme.

The project was delivered under a lump sum procurement method.
