EdgePM was appointed to the project by a private developer on the Gold Coast following a referral from Woolworths for whom edge project management had previously delivered multiple retail projects. This engagement was to deliver a Woolworths anchored shopping centre including multiple specialty shops. Situated conveniently between Brisbane and The Gold Coast, the new Centre was successfully delivered on time and budget. The project was delivered under a design and construct procurement method.
