EdgePM was appointed by Coles Group Property Developments to deliver the new 3200m2 Coles Supermarket and two-level pad sites for adjoining retail developments at Yarrabilba. The development was completed during 2017 and delivered six weeks ahead of schedule and on budget. Coles intend to reference the completed store as their new benchmark of construction quality.The project was delivered under a design and construct procurement method.
