EdgePM was appointed to the project via referral to a private developer due to our extensive experience in retail development. The vibrant new Retail Centre in Brisbane’s South features a mix of National and Local retailers including a full line Coles Supermarket, Grocery and Dining, Health and Beauty, Wellness and Medical and a range of other Specialty Stores. The Centre opened on time in March 2025 with a very high quality of finish, with all leased specialty shops open for trade on Day 1.
