EdgePM was engaged by our repeat Client to deliver Development and Project management services for their new Office and Auction house located at Eagle Farm in Brisbane.
With successful operations in Melbourne and Sydney, Shannons Insurance was seeking to expand their Auction capabilities to the Brisbane Market. With a wide-ranging brief, EdgePM successfully assisted the Client with the due diligence review of fifteen sites including site feasibility reports to arrive at the preferred site in Eagle Farm.
EdgePM managed all aspects of the project including Town Panning, Traffic engineering, Building Code compliance, Building condition reports, cost reporting and design management services along with Superintendent services during construction. Following a four month construction period on site, the transformation from the light industrial manufacturing facility to a modern Motor Auction house is impressive.
