EdgePM was engaged by Investa Property Group to manage the design and construction of the entrance and foyer upgrade at 15 Adelaide Street. Combining existing and new materials, the upgrade resulted in a fresh new ‘look and feel’ to reposition the asset.
The project was delivered under a lump sum procurement method.
