EdgePM assisted Morgan Stanley with the relocation of their Brisbane Wealth Management office.
Located in the Harry Seidler designed Riparian Plaza and working with Gray Puksand Architects and Morgan Stanleys overseas design and engineering teams, EdgePM led the project team through a full design and construction process.
The project provided Morgan Stanley the opportunity to right size their tenancy space and provide a new fitout inline with their global workplace standards.
The result was a truly outstanding fitout that captured the wonderful views of the Brisbane river and iconic Story Bridge, while providing staff a modern and functional workplace. The project was delivered under a design and construct procurement method.
